I have heard about the No Contact rule before, in fact I have tried and tested it! I read it on this blog called soyouvebeendumped.com it's actually very interesting! I must say however, that it's a bitch the process of doing it!

Dear NML,
Very interesting book, website and comments from so many women out there dealing with the EUMs of this world...far too many! I am also dealing with an EUM, drama for the last 8 months, no consistency in maintaining the relationship (if I can name it a relationship), disappearing acts, only text messages (and short ones!)...a lot of signs!!
I went dead on him 3 weeks ago and I am now getting sms 'where have you disappeared?' (when he often ignored my calls or sms...so i presume he is just playing) and now on Facebook (we are not in eachothers friends lists...so i presume he sent me a message (which only says 'where are you?) for me to see his pics and profile and 'fall' for him again...(and of course he has removed his wall so I don't see his flirty messages etc. with other girls). I am staying strong and not reverting, but would love to read the No Contact Rule section which I can't seem to download it. Could you kindly send it to me to my email address? Many thanks in advance! May all EUMs be dumped until they change and understand their destructive behaviour!!
